Set in a beautiful area surrounded by trees and fruit groves. Just 15 minutes away from a lovely town. Breakfast was fine and the wifi signal was good.
Our room could have been cleaner, carpets stained and shower had mould. Shower was a bit too small and the lamps in our room didn't work.

Staff unfriendly. Water coming out of tap was brown. Carpets were filthy in hallway and room. The bathroom had plaster falling off thje walls. We had bugs in our room and the airconditioning did not work. As well the breakfast included in the room rate was terrible. Very Bad Hotel!!!! Our only unacceptable hotel of 5 stayed in on our trip

The location of the hotel is convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as the quaint cobblestone village and the beautiful Gothic church. There are also options for outdoor activities like hiking and jogging, with a lovely 2-mile hike that rewards you with stunning views of Rome. the hotel's tour guide can take you to popular tourist spots like the Vatican, and the railway station in Frascati is easily accessible for further travel.
The carpets in some rooms are faded and stained, which can be off-putting.

Friendly staff
Lack of sporting facilities, limited space in Bar and rather pedestrian breakfast

The surroundings and the building itself.
The room I reserved last time was a very cheep one. The quality-to-price ratio was fine, the room was clean, but it was not really nice. It was under the level of the street, the window was small and the room was humid. Normal-price rooms are much better.

Great swimming pool, well air conditioned rooms, soundproofed rooms, good value for money, clean, near to Frascati with amazing views.
Nothing could have been better.

Convenient location, breathtaking views and attentive staff. The hotel is situated close enough to the city center, but far enough to enjoy the countryside peacefully. The views from the hotel and its vicinity are simply breathtaking. The staff were attentive and helpful, making the stay more comfortable.
Room conditions. Though there were minimal facilities, the room felt outdated and was not up to standard.
